Flow rate on this one is 40 liters per minute -- that gonna hold up running a press line or is that pushing it?

For press applications, 40 liters per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what this valve is rated for. Press is actually one of the listed application types, so you're not stretching it by using it there. Just make sure your system demand doesn't regularly spike above that flow ceiling and you should be in good shape.
