Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute, is that enough to handle press applications without starving the circuit?

For press work, 80 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within the range that most standard press circuits operate. This valve is actually listed with press applications as one of its intended uses, so it was spec'd with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system isn't running unusually high-volume requirements beyond that threshold, it should handle the duty without issue.
