flow rate on this one's listed at 80 liters per minute, is that gonna hold up runnin it on a press or die casting setup, or is that pushin the limits of what it's built for?

Press and die casting are both right in the wheelhouse for this valve. Vickers lists both among the supported applications, and the 80 liter per minute flow rate is what the valve is rated to handle in those kinds of demanding cycles. You're not pushing up against some edge case there, those are core use cases this unit was built around.
