Flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute, is that enough for a press application or are we looking at something that's gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press setups, 80 litres per minute is solid. Press equipment is one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it's a bottleneck really comes down to what your system actually calls for at peak demand. If your circuit stays within that flow ceiling, you're in good shape.
