flow rate on this one is 80 liters a minute, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press setup before we order

80 liters per minute is correct. For press applications, that flow rate is right in line with what this valve is built for. Press work is actually one of the listed application types for this unit, so it fits that use case well.

If I'm usin' this in some hydraulic presses, will it hold up okay?
