Reckon this'll hold up okay in a humid shop environment?

Fluorocarbon seals give this proportional valve good resistance to chemicals and higher temperatures, so humidity shouldn't be a problem.

Seal material on this thing, is it gonna hold up if there's some chemical exposure in the system?

Fluorocarbon seals are what you've got here, and they're generally well-regarded for handling chemical exposure and elevated temperatures. That material holds up better than standard nitrile in harsh fluid environments, so for most industrial hydraulic systems dealing with aggressive fluids or heat, you're in good shape.
