part number on our old valve is wore off and the guy at the shop thinks this might be the replacement, is KBCG-3-250D-Z-M1-2-A-PC7-H1-10 the same as supplier part 02-353248?

Same unit. The full model designation KBCG-3-250D-Z-M1-2-A-PC7-H1-10 and the supplier part number 02-353248 both refer to the same Vickers proportional control valve. If your original valve carried either of those references, this would be the correct match.
