flow rate on this one is listed at 200 LPM, that enough for a high-cycle press application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For most press circuits running high-cycle duty, 200 litres per minute is a solid working capacity and this valve was built with exactly that kind of environment in mind. Press applications are actually one of the primary use cases it's rated for, so you're in the right ballpark. Just make sure your system demand at peak cycle doesn't push past that 200 LPM ceiling and you should be in good shape.
