flow rate on this thing is listed at 400 LPM, that gonna hold up running it on press equipment or is that more of a peak number?

400 liters per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press applications are actually one of the listed use cases for it. So you're well within what it was built to handle. The Buna-N seals hold up well under the kind of conditions press equipment throws at it, and the integrated electronics package helps keep performance consistent without a lot of fuss during operation.
