Flow rate on this one's listed at 200 LPM, that enough to keep up with a mid-size die casting press runnin pretty much all shift?

For mid-size die casting presses, 200 liters per minute puts this valve in solid territory. The KBCG-6 is explicitly rated for die casting and foundry applications, so that flow capacity was sized with those kinds of demands in mind. Whether it comfortably covers your full shift load depends on the specific pressure and cycle requirements of your setup, but the valve is built for that environment and not just rated for light-duty use in it.
