flow rate on this one is 5 LPM, that right? trying to match it up to a press application we're running and need to make sure I got the numbers straight before we order

Five litres per minute is correct for this valve. Press applications are actually one of the intended use cases for this unit, so you're in the right ballpark. The on-board electronics are part of the package, meaning the control circuitry is already integrated rather than being a separate component you'd wire up externally. That tends to cut down on setup time and reduces the chance of wiring or selection mistakes during installation.
