Flow rate on this one says 120 liters per minute, is that enough for most machine tool setups, or do bigger use typically need something with more capacity?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 120 liters per minute is a solid working figure. Most standard machining centers and industrial equipment in that category run well within that range. If your system is pulling significantly more than that on a regular basis, you'd want to size up, but for typical production machinery this valve handles the load without issue.
