Reckon this valve could handle the hydraulics on my die casting machine? Been havin' trouble findin' somethin' that'll hold up.

flow rate on this valve is listed at 120 litres per minute -- that enough for a press application or should I be looking at something bigger?

For press work, 120 litres per minute is a solid capacity and lines up well with what most industrial press circuits actually demand. The DG4V-5 series is specifically called out for press applications, so this valve is already a known fit for that kind of work. Whether it's enough depends on your system's peak demand, but 120 LPM is far from a light-duty rating.
