flow rate on this one is 60 LPM -- that enough for most machine tool setups or is it gonna be tight on bigger rigs?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 60 liters per minute is right in the comfortable working range. Heavy-duty production machinery with multiple simultaneous actuators might push that limit, but for standard CNC equipment, drilling rigs, and general industrial machine tools, you're not likely to hit a ceiling. It's a solid mid-range flow capacity that covers most shop floor setups without any real concern.
