Flow rate on this one says 60 litres per minute, that enough for press and die casting work, or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For press and die casting applications, 60 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those use cases are explicitly listed as supported applications for this valve, so it's not a stretch to say it was built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it becomes a bottleneck depends on your circuit design and what else is pulling flow, but the rating itself is well within what those environments typically require.
