Flow rate on this thing is listed at 115 litres per minute, that work out to roughly 30 gallons per minute, or am I off on that conversion?

That's close enough for planning purposes. 115 litres per minute comes out to about 30.4 US gallons per minute, so 30 GPM is a reasonable working figure for sizing your system. Just make sure your lines and fittings are matched to that flow to avoid pressure drop issues.
