flow rate on this valve is listed at 600 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-to-high demand hydraulic setup or is that pushing the limits of what it's built for?

If I'm usin' this thing to keep the pressure down in a hydraulic circuit, what kinda flow rate can it handle? Don't wanna overload it.

It's rated to handle a flow rate up to 600 liters per minute, so it should be able to handle a pretty good amount.
