flow rate on this thing is listed at 700 liters per minute -- is that gonna hold up in a high-volume press or primary metal setup, or is it more suited for lighter duty?

For press and primary metal applications, 700 liters per minute is a serious flow capacity. That puts it well into the range needed for heavy industrial hydraulic systems where you're moving a lot of fluid fast. It's not a light-duty valve by any stretch. Those exact application types are among what this valve was built to handle, so you're not pushing it outside its intended territory.
