Will this here valve fit right onto a standard hydraulic setup?

flow rate on this valve is listed at 115 litres per minute -- is that enough for running a press or die casting setup, or would it be cutting it close?

For most press and die casting applications, 115 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those are listed application types for this valve, so it was built with those demands in mind. Whether it fits your specific circuit depends on what your system actually pulls, but the flow rating gives you plenty of headroom for typical setups in those industries.
