Flow rate on this one's listed at 120 liters per minute, is that enough for press and die casting work, or is this more suited to lighter duty applications?

For die casting, press use, and similar heavy industrial work, 120 liters per minute is right in the range where this valve was built to perform. Those are explicitly listed application types for this unit, so it's not being stretched outside its intended use. The Buna-N seals also hold up well in environments where contamination is a real concern, which comes with the territory in foundry and press settings.
