We run a pretty heavy press operation and been looking at getting a valve that can keep up with the flow demand. This one rated for 700 litres per minute, that right?

That flow rating is accurate. At 700 litres per minute, this valve is built to handle the kind of high-volume demand that press systems put on a circuit. It also supports three- or four-way directional control configurations, so depending on how your circuit is set up, you've got some flexibility in how it gets wired into the system.
