Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute, is that enough to handle press or die casting work without bogging down the system?

For press and die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate and falls right in line with what those environments typically demand. The valve is specifically listed for die casting and foundry use as well as press applications, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Just make sure your system is sized to match that flow capacity on both the supply and return sides and you shouldn't have any bottlenecks.
