Flow rate on this one says 700 liters per minute, is that enough for press and die casting work, or is that more of a ceiling you wouldn't normally run at?

For press and die casting applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial capacity. Most setups in those environments don't push anywhere near that ceiling under normal operation, so you've got plenty of headroom. The valve is specifically listed for both press and die casting use, so it's built with those demands in mind. Running at max flow continuously isn't typical practice anyway, and having that upper limit gives you flexibility when cycles spike.
