Flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute, that enough to handle a decent-sized press circuit without bottlenecking the system?

For most press applications, 115 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. That figure puts it well within range for mid-to-large industrial press circuits, and it's one of the reasons this valve shows up in press and primary metal environments. If your system is pulling close to or above that ceiling consistently, you'd want to size up, but for typical press duty it handles the load without restriction.
