flow rate on this one is listed at 700 liters per minute -- that right for the DG5V8S1CMFWB10? trying to make sure it'll keep up with our press setup before we pull the trigger

700 liters per minute is correct for this valve. That's a substantial flow capacity, which is part of why it gets used in heavy press applications. If your system demands are in that range, you're looking at the right unit.
