Flow rate on this one says 40 litres per minute, that enough for a press system or is it gonna be undersized for heavier setups?

For press applications, 40 litres per minute is a solid working capacity and falls right in line with what these valves are built to handle. Vickers lists press systems as a supported application, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't rated for. Just make sure your circuit demand stays within that 40 LPM ceiling and the 30-watt solenoid fits your electrical setup, and you should be in good shape.
