Flow rate on this one says 94 litres per minute, is that enough for a two-stage directional setup runnin three-way or does it only hit that number in four-way configuration?

94 litres per minute is the rated maximum flow for this valve across its directional control function. The DG5S4 series supports both three-way and four-way configurations, and that flow ceiling applies to the valve platform as a whole rather than being tied to one configuration or the other.
