Will this directional valve work okay in a machine shop environment, with the usual grime and whatnot?

got a valve bank already, does this one bolt up to standard mounting surfaces or am i gonna be drilling holes

Mounts on industry-standard surfaces, so it is meant to bolt on without you having to modify the mounting face.

flow rate on this one, is 115 lpm the max it'll handle or just the rated continuous flow?

115 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. Running right at the rated number continuously in a demanding cycle isn't something most operators do by choice, but that figure represents what the valve is built to handle under normal working conditions. If your system runs close to that regularly, just make sure your circuit is sized to keep heat and pressure drop in check upstream and downstream of the valve.
