flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute, is that enough to handle a press circuit running pretty hard?

For most press applications, 115 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The DG5S4 series is actually called out specifically for press use, so it's not a stretch to put it there. Just make sure your system's demand at peak cycle doesn't push past that rated flow, and you should be in good shape.
