flow rate on this one is listed at 115 liters per minute -- is that enough for most standard industrial hydraulic circuits or is it on the lower end?

For a good chunk of industrial directional control applications, 115 liters per minute is right in the working range. It's not a high-flow workhorse, but it covers a wide variety of standard hydraulic circuits without issue. If your system is running demands well above that figure, you'd want to size up, but for everyday directional control work this valve handles the load just fine.
