flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute, that enough capacity for a mid-size press circuit running two or three actuators?

For a mid-size press with a couple of actuators, 115 litres per minute is a solid ceiling to work with. Whether it covers your full circuit depends on the combined demand of those actuators at peak stroke, but that flow rating puts it comfortably in range for most press applications of that scale. Worth noting this valve is specifically called out for press use, so it's a known fit for that kind of work.
