we run a pretty heavy press operation and been lookin at two-stage valves for a while now, this one handle up to 700 LPM or is that just on the low end?

700 litres per minute is the rated maximum flow for this valve, so that puts it firmly in the high-capacity range for directional control. Two-stage design means it can manage that kind of flow without the pressure drop issues you'd run into with a single-stage unit pushed to its limits. For press equipment specifically, that flow capacity lines up well with the demands of that kind of work.
