flow rate on this one says 700 liters per minute, is that enough to run a press line without starving the circuit?

For press applications, 700 liters per minute is a serious amount of flow capacity, and this valve is actually listed for press use alongside die casting and primary metal work. Most press circuits running high-cycle or high-tonnage use fall well within that range. As long as your system demand doesn't exceed that ceiling, you won't be choking the circuit with this valve.
