Will this work for offshore hydraulic systems?

valve's rated for 60 LPM, that enough flow for press applications or is this more suited to lighter duty work?

For press applications, 60 liters per minute is a reasonable flow rate and this valve is explicitly listed for press use alongside heavier industrial environments like primary metal processing and die casting. Those are not light-duty categories by any stretch. If your press circuit is running within that flow range, you're in the right territory with this one.
