Part number on our old cover wore off and we been trying to track down a replacement, this the DGVM-8-10-T16 cover made by Vickers?

that's the one. It carries Vickers branding under the Danfoss/Eaton family, and the supplier part number is 02-337906. As long as that matches what you're pulling off your valve assembly, you're looking at the right cover.
