got a press line running continuous cycles pretty hard, does this valve hold up to that kind of duty, or is it more of a light-use part?

Buna-N seals and a 30-watt solenoid put this squarely in the continuous-cycling category. The DG4V4 series was built around exactly those kinds of demanding production environments, presses included. Flow capacity tops out at 115 litres per minute, so as long as your circuit stays within that range, it should handle the workload without issue.
