Product Questions & Answers

Can this valve handle continuous operation in a hydraulic press setup, or is it more suited for intermittent use?
Question by: Ross C on Apr 8, 2025, 10:14 AM
This directional control valve is built for demanding industrial environments, so it should hold up fine in a hydraulic press application.

flow rate on this one, is 115 liters per minute enough for a press application or should i be lookin at somethin with more capacity?
Question by: Billy B on Jan 16, 2026, 9:09 AM
For most press setups, 115 liters per minute is a solid working range. The DG4V4012AMUB510 is listed specifically for press applications alongside die casting, machine tool, and primary metal work, so it's been put through its paces in those kinds of environments. Whether that flow rate covers your particular press comes down to your system's demand, but it's not a light-duty number by any stretch.
