Flow rate on this thing goes up to 600 litres per minute, is that enough for most industrial hydraulic setups, or is that on the lower end?

For a wide range of industrial hydraulic circuits, 600 litres per minute is a solid capacity. Most standard pressure control applications don't come anywhere close to pushing that much flow, so you'd typically have plenty of headroom. Heavy-duty systems with multiple actuators running simultaneously are really the only scenario where you'd want to start doing the math more carefully before committing.
