flow rate on this thing goes up to 700 LPM -- that's pretty serious capacity. what kind of setups is it actually built for?

Press systems, primary metal use, die casting and foundry lines, turbine control, marine and offshore rigs, machine tool setups, and test equipment or simulation rigs are all well within its wheelhouse. The 700 litre per minute flow capacity puts it squarely in high-demand territory, so it's not meant for light-duty or low-volume circuits.
