If I'm running this thing pretty steady, should I expect to replace the seals often?

Since it uses Buna-N seals, you'll find they provide good resistance to petroleum-based fluids, water, and some mild chemicals. However, continuous use with high temperatures or harsh chemicals will shorten their lifespan, so keep an eye on them if your application involves either of those conditions.

Flow rate on this one says 40 liters per minute, that gonna hold up runnin it on a press setup or is that pushin the limits of what its built for?

Presses are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so 40 liters per minute is what it's rated to handle in exactly that kind of environment. It's not a workaround or a stretch, press use is right in the wheelhouse of what this unit was built for.
