got a pump tagged PVM045E R05 CS01 AAA 2800000 on my machine, is this the same Vickers unit or am i lookin at a different series?

Match-up is by the full model string. The pump here is a Vickers PVM045E with the code PVM045ER05CS01AAA28000000A0A, and it is also shown as PVM045E R05 CS01 AAA 2800000. If your tag reads that same sequence, you are in the right family and configuration.
