Correct, this seal kit provides the necessary components to restore sealing integrity to your Vickers VMQ Series vane pump during maintenance or rebuilds. It does not include the entire pump assembly.

got a 2525VMQ vane pump that needs rebuilt, will this seal kit cover what I need to get the sealing components back in shape?

For a 2525VMQ pump, this is the right kit. It's factory-specified for that exact pump configuration in the VMQ Series, put together by Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton as a spare part assembly. The Buna-N elastomers in here are built to hold up against standard petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, so if that's what you're running, you're in good shape for a full seal restore during your rebuild.
