Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute, that enough to keep up with a press or die casting setup running pretty hard?

For most die casting and press applications, 80 liters per minute gives you solid headroom. That flow capacity is right in line with what those kinds of systems typically demand, and the valve is built specifically with those environments in mind. As long as your system's requirements fall within that ceiling, you're in good shape.
