Flow rate on this one listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough to run press equipment without throttling down too much?

For press applications, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity and sits well within the range that most industrial press circuits demand. Vickers lists press equipment directly as one of the intended applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of load in mind. As long as your system is sized to match and your pressure demands fall within the valve's operating parameters, you shouldn't see significant flow restriction under normal press cycling conditions.

Can this be used in a marine hydraulic system on a fishing boat?

It's applicable for marine and offshore equipment, so it should work for that application.
