Flow rate on this thing is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough to hold up on a press line running pretty steady throughout a shift?

For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working capacity and lines up well with what this valve is actually rated for. It's one of the listed applications, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for. Buna-N seals hold up well under the kind of repetitive cycling press lines put out, and at 30 watts the power draw stays manageable even across a full shift. Just make sure your system pressure and porting match up on your end and you should be in good shape.
