flow rate on this one is 80 LPM -- that enough for a press application or is that gonna be cutting it close?

For most press setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working figure. Press applications are listed right in the intended use for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it's enough really comes down to your system's cycle requirements, but the valve itself isn't the limiting factor for typical press work.

How wide is this valve, again? Just wanna make sure it'll fit where I need it.

It's 1.8 inches wide, so you should be able to drop it in without too much hassle.
