Flow rate on this one's listed at 20 liters per minute, that enough for a die casting setup running pretty hard most of the shift?

For die casting applications, 20 liters per minute is right in the working range this valve was built for. Die casting and foundry work is literally listed as one of its target applications, so it's not a stretch to run it in that kind of environment. The fluorocarbon seals also help hold up under the heat and fluid conditions you'd typically see in that setting.
