Flow rate on this one says 40 litres per minute, that enough for a press circuit running a couple of actuators, or would I need to be lookin at something bigger?

For a press circuit with two actuators, whether 40 LPM is sufficient really comes down to your cylinder bore sizes and the cycle speed you're running. That said, 40 LPM is a solid mid-range capacity and handles a good portion of press applications without issue. If your combined actuator demand at peak stroke stays under that threshold, you're in good shape with this valve.
