Flow rate on this one says 60 liters per minute, is that enough for most machine tool setups or is it on the lower end?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 60 liters per minute is a solid working figure. Most standard machine tool circuits don't push anywhere near that ceiling during normal operation, so you've got good headroom without oversizing the valve and driving up cost. Where you might want to double-check is if your system runs multiple simultaneous actuators with high demand cycles, but for single-axis or moderate multi-axis setups, this valve handles the load without issue.
