flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute -- that enough for press work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working figure. Press systems vary quite a bit in demand depending on cycle speed and cylinder size, but that flow rate puts this valve in range for a wide spread of industrial press setups. It handles three- or four-way directional control, so you've got flexibility in how the circuit is configured too.
